I built a thing to scrape my saved/upvoted comments (and stories). It saves the text and uses the built in full text search of Postgres. Let’s me query: “what was that comment I read about X last month?” Pretty well. I haven’t touched

I’ll sign up for this. I’m not a huge music fan and my personalized station, or some themed playlist accounts for 95% of my Apple Music listening. I do need to have a playlist synced to my watch for offline runs though… looks like that is n

Gosh, I feel slow. Everyone is commenting how neat this is and all I got is some dots that follow my line? Then I tried to clear all frames and now it just draws a fat blobby line that doesn't move anymore?

This kills me because I use and love GitHub. I’ve tried Gitlab a few times and we do use it at my day job, but I keep coming back to GitHub for personal use.

I stayed away from the beta but hopped on as soon as this was released. Loving the bottom tab bars in safari, I don’t know what all the fuss was about. Interesting that this “add comment” button on hacker news has some weird default style w

I have been infatuated with Crystal since I first saw the 1.0 release posted here in the spring. Your questions point out the obvious shortcomings of Crystal currently. While it is easy to find libraries, they are few and their support is q

I think because most people don’t need it more than 18 hours per day? If you’re taking it off at night, you might as well drop it on the charger.

I just checked my Music and Fitness+ subscriptions and they both say “If you cancel now, you can still access your subscription until X.”

I really hope they implement this somehow that allows the same processes to exist. e.g., manage all subscriptions from one location, cancel subscriptions without losing time remaining (hello Creative Cloud!), and the entire parental control
