IMNAL, but I'm thinking of existing cases of software theft/etc. where seemingly arbitrary values are accepted by the courts. Maybe you do have to argue the point in court, but 6 months of R&D is easily worth way more than $1

Not to short-change his effort, but actually trying to understand the thing on which you are working, doesn't make you a national treasure. He's a cromulent fellow, everyone else around him is just a national disgrace.

I think their idea is to punish the current owner; but if that is allowed, there also must be some kind of protection for the secondhand market. If there was some form of serial #check system (like a car's VIN) for the consoles, then

As others said, physical stuff is still sharable; since only one can use it at a time. However with app-store (no physical disc) stuff, that can't be shared. Basically the same as on PC when using Steam - you get single account lock-

I hate it when there are only air dryers in a restroom. Towels can dry anything. Dryers are special built for hands. (sometimes i like to wash my face) also, the level of noise pollution they create is toxic. Especially the high end/

Not sure what you mean by 'late'. I guess it all depends on process defined for your project. Most SCM systems have some way to make code visible before it is published to the live code base (via branches, etc). Also, passing te
