FYI, the title has been changed from this being the first publication by Apple on arXiv to the title of the paper. It seems the technique presented in the paper was simultaneously discovered by Sixt et al: https://arxiv.org/

In that sense the hostility of cosmic space is a feature rather than a bug. If resources were plentiful and space travel was easy, we would constantly find ourselves in intergalactic wars and life would have been wiped out over and over aga

The idea that self-representations give rise to consciousness exists in neurophilosopy and it is closely related to the representational theory of consciousness and the higher-order monitoring theory: https://plato.stanford.edu&#

This is also why I'm agnostic. Thousands of people of equal brilliance have come up with vastly different explanations for what appears to be the same thing. As a conclusion they must all be vastly overconfident.

There certainly is regression at all corners: 1. Try finding a close-up of the keyboard of the function key model on the MacBook Pro website. It seems it is just not there or I'm failing to find it. Previously Apple used to have a desi

I use the function keys a lot for changing volume, screen/keyboard brightness, pausing/playing music. I also launch Terminal and Firefox to F3 and F4, I heavily make use of ESC for all kinds of things (VIM, closing UI dialogs) and

I am disappointed by the Touch Bar. It is such a small and dim screen and a lot of attention is required for interacting with it. There is no tactile feedback, so touch typing is impossible. QuickType and Emojis are useless for me. It might

It is the same with questions like what counts as intelligence, what counts as alive? The boundaries shy away. In fact it is probably impossible to find simple definitions for these terms, i.e. definitions that get by without special rules

I had the problem despite of arm rests. Keeping the hands in a lifted position was the problem, moreover even a slightly bad pose caused my hands to bend downwards to reach the keys, which is also suboptimal. Armrests themselves are not opt

My experience is that vertical keyboards only alleviate some problems and even cause new ones. They do relieve pressure from the ulna and radius being in a twisted position and they obviously relieve pressure from the side of the hands. On
