Details please. Maybe you cannot name names but give us a clue. There's no way AirBnB is going to try to IPO after the Facebook debacle. They must entice someone to acquire them. The higher the valuation the more enticing. Pump it up!

If this is just about load balancing, then they could probably get better performance from haproxy, right? Anyone should be able to exceed 200 req/s with haproxy. In fact, you should be able to get around double that or more. The point is

And how many requests/sec per CPU? They have like 300 servers and who knows how many cores. What kind title is this? The target High Scalability reader must be presumed to be a complete fool.

.csv can be imported into Excel to make .xls. .txt can be imported into Word to make .doc. .html can be imported into either Excel or Word. .ppt? No comment. .csv, .txt and .html are much easier to work with across different operating syst
