Yeah that's like getting your entire family to switch over from facebook to something else less awful - good luck. Oh, and then getting all of THEIR connections to also download another messaging app. And so forth. And I think the pric

Yes they're free. I haven't paid for an antigen test or PCR test and I've had probably half a dozen of each.

Because one of the options you stated (waiting in line) isn't even an option in a lot of areas. This specific scenario has nothing to do with market theory. It's a combination of regulation, subsidization, and infrastructure. We&#

Yeah, same reason there's no imessage on the web like there is for android. I don't like it, but that doesn't mean there's a great workaround.

If you haven't been for a covid test lately, especially in a populated area, things have changed significantly. Lines are 4-12 hours long and often run out of tests before they can get to everyone. There are no appointments available.

I doubt it...my wife just traveled in December and she had to show results from an actual testing company or hospital. I don't think they would accept a photo from a home test? That seems ridiculously easy to fake - both the result, an

It's crappy but it turns the entire imessage group chat into regular SMS group chat. I have an iphone now because the rest of my family does and they didn't want to lose imessage functionality by having me in the group chat.

Yeah I feel like I'd have to artificially push my head back an uncomfortable distance to keep it against the headrest. Looking into getting a 3 or a Y next year myself.

Also it's very easy to get blacklisted if you scrape too often or too quickly. You definitely have to be "polite" about it.

Yeah sorry, got the sensors mixed up. But going visual-only seems to be quite the handicap. I think other makers are going to have an edge over tesla if they keep radar. It was publicly known that Musk was personally involved with requiring

It's 100% not ready. There's so many videos people are posting about it nearly hitting pedestrians, going the wrong way down a 1 way, nearly going straight into a curb, etc - all of these only stopped by the driver quickly grabbin

The average commute is 25 miles round-trip. Less than 2% drive > 100 miles a day, and far less than 1% drive 150+ miles. Most EVs have a 300+ mile range with several pushing 350. It would work as a commuting car for 99% of the population

The author also failed to say anything positive about electric motors. Considering a stock-off-the-lot tesla can absolutely rip a hellcat in a race, you'd think these guys would be all for it.

It sounds like journalism is achieving its goal - getting more clicks. Like you said, everyone clicked it and read it. Not sure what the solution is when the only way for these outlets to stay afloat is to get more and more clicks.

I've seen this number given before but I have literally never seen someone get a sunburn through a t-shirt. I've seen plenty of people with awful, terrible, red, peeling burns that required a trip to urgent care on their arms, and

But there's plenty of things made 10 years ago that are still very relevant and still generating money for the creators. I think that's the concern.

But this is the goal, and it works. The people who own the media don't want wages to go up. Lobbyists, anti-union groups, etc...it's much easier to get 2 lower income people mad at each other than to justify their own income to th

Even at an inflated rate of $50 per 1000 impressions (which is higher than most broadcast TV charges), $20 should let you bypass 400 commercials. It doesn't seem unreasonable to me.
