All companies are 'evil' in that they extract value for themselves at the expense of others. Amazon is probably less evil than Walmart though, since they are doing much more to reduce labor costs to distribute goods. Not that Walm

He's just saying its more impressive to make a ball from scratch and get it rolling than it is to keep a ball rolling. Extra-ordinarily hard to do either one imo.

That's the biggest long term problem, uber can't create platform monopoly without hiring drivers or illegal employment practices. They can still thrive, but it will be monopolistic competitive market where they have to rely on br

Doesn't help much apparently, since android is one of the largest software design 'thefts' ever, and the only thing they couldn't include was 'swipe to unlock' and the apple logo.

This is only confusing because of the potatoes. If you said you had a pool that was 99% water, that changed to 98% water, the massive weight drop would be much less surprising.

Any half decent employer that isn't willing to negotiate is just going to say that. They risk losing a hire if they say that though, so some will be willing to negotiate. If you try to bluff them, it almost certainly won't work

That's not what happened at all. Google has an interview process that is designed to weed out false positives(incompetent people getting hired). Because this guy didn't have enough algorithmic knowledge he failed their filter.
