They're visible on Flightradar24. Look at the north Atlantic, there's usually several of them at any time. The satellite sourced data uses blue icons on the map.

What's the point of this? Matrix, Signal, and Telegram all have open source clients, so you could make a client that used the native protocols and not route your messages through this third party's servers. Like Pidgin, Miranda IM

Cameras are much worse sensors than human eyes, and the brain has specialized parts to handle vision, mapping, planning, etc. It's not just an algorithmic issue.

If you're not familiar with event cameras, here's a video where Davide Scaramuzza explains how they work (at the linked time stamp) and what they're good for. If you search for Scaramuzza on Google scholar or similar you'

Are there any tools that transform HTML and other files? For example, lets say I have an <img> tag with a src attribute that points to a local image. Can I automatically replace that with a <picture> tag with various formats (jp

So it seems that the root of the whole mess is that the .NET Foundation demands that every project lets a centralized and anonymous committee enforce their code of conduct by banning users from all member projects. https://github

Reminds me of the guy that streamed a talking banana on Twitch, where viewers could make it say things. People submitted variations of the n-word and got him banned, and after trying to filter out all character combinations he could think o

I strongly disagree. In Stockholm the sun rises at about 03:30 and sets at around 22:00 in the summer, using DST (UTC+2). If we were to use normal time (UTC+1) in the summer, it would instead be 02:30 (worthless added light for almost every
