I expect it is obvious, but why is the ratio of 3/2 called a "fifth"? It's not because 3 + 2 = 5 is it?

I think one major issue there is that all of the available video transmitters for FPV transmit in standard definition. You'd have a hard time spreading that over a sphere and being able to coble anything useful together. Most of the FP

I had thought of this, then I wondered, why not have head movement do both ? That is, have the camera pan/tilt/roll in sync with your head and also shift the plane on the same axis. That way you could know which way was centered

It's possible these atypical experiences were like candy: a great treat if rare, but you'd prefer never having it to having it for every meal.

As others have pointed out, you desperately need a designer. This site comes across as amateurish. Either go much simpler, like nothing but text on a page, or get a pro or use a professionally created template. Right now you are on the down

I ask in earnest: why do so many people dislike W3Schools so much? It always seemed pretty helpful to me.

A typical person drives a fixed number of miles per month, rather than using a fixed number of gallons of gas. So one advantage of "Gallons / 100 miles" is that it requires one fewer steps of arithmetic to figure out how much

I think what you say makes a lot of sense, but the "learning to learn" idea has always bothered me a bit. All else being equal, why not learn something applicable while learning to learn?

True, but to take the silly video, and mix in a real issue with meetings like this, we've got a problem of terminology. In standard geometry, a line, by definition, is straight. Of course we can't assume the way other people are u

I agree completely. And here is the crazy part, if you smile, and appear friendly without looking weak, people will be more willing to follow you down your line of questions to the beginning, to their own base problem. So things like the bo

I think that's a very interesting question. However, it is necessary to take into account the loss of credibility an exposed lie will produce, and how that will affect the efficacy of the technique in the future.

I was under that impression they could make loans of 72/8 of their account balances. I may very well have misunderstood, but I had thought banks could loan out a given dollar multiple times at once. No?

Typically your video transmitter streams a low-res version, while an HD version is stored in an onboard SD card to be retrieved after landing.

You are correct in your second guess: why managed funds. And I am tempted to agree with you. It just seems like eventually the truth would out and, what essentially amounts to a scam would stop being able to attract customers.

I read these sorts of outcomes periodically and it always makes me wonder how on earth managed funds stay in business? How can an industry that does no better than chance on average continue to exist?

If an attacker already has access to your user's table (as is implied by most of the situations in this article), then they probably have your whole database. What else is there to lose? Why would an attacker bother to use any method
