This one is not exactly "buffer" as shown in the two links. It uses a custom structure data type instead of []byte, to avoid conversion between actual data and []byte (marshaling) or type assertion (conversion from/to interface{}). Check h

Check this out: https://github.com/songgao/bufferManager.go Not a precise GC, but will be really helpful in some scenarios.

Does "first-class" mean it has to be the only one that gets all features and imply all other editors are second-class?

Cool. Glad it's finally here. Although I have some concerns here: Is this an option or not changeable? Does this mean you can't use [a previous name of an existing repo] as a new repo's name?

IMHO, both compile fast enough. Either gccgo or gc, it's acceptable, and is much faster than compiling a similar-size C program. What matters would be the code they produce. Compiler optimization is what makes the difference.

I've been a TA for Matlab course in my university for three semesters and there are a lot of students cheating in assignments. I thought it would be interesting to see how different submissions are grouped into clustered so I made a visuali

The other thing is that, IMHO, private repo for this is not good for academic, instead, make it temporarily private. People write papers to get published. They surely want as many people as possible to see it. The reason they want it to be

Btw, LaTex compiler running in Native Client would be a potential solution to "realtime PDF preview". Not sure if it's a lot of work porting LaTex to NaCl though.

This is a great idea! I've been trying to collaborate my professor on academic papers with git. We tried my own git server, github, but they still seem to be too much trouble for people who do not use git regularly. Online LaTex editor inte

I tried to put it like 1 hour in the future, or 30 min in the future. I think I wanted to ask is, if you add an event that it should pop up now (e.g., it's in the evening, and the just added event is tomorrow), does it show up instantly or

Probably not. PDF is not for web IMHO. Plain html or other flexible format would work better. PDF has specific requirement upon screen size, etc. And clicking URL in PDF doesn't feel as fast as in a web page. If you wanna make it polished

I've never used link aggregation, but it seems that link aggregation would require routers/switches support. And it can be disabled. But this MPTCP assembles multi-path streams using normal TCP connections, which are enabled on all devices

Multi-path TCP is not only about throughput, but also about providing redundancy to improve stability. And to me, redundant stream is more attractive. It happens a lot when I am with my iPhone at boundary of a Wi-Fi network coverage, the ne
