One cannot criticize anything ever if they don't have a better solution? You can't think of any benefit to people collectively discussing their seemingly unsolvable problem? You don't think that people discussing a problem th

And someday we will have truly autonomous driving cars, we will cure cancer, and humans will visit Mars. You can't prompt this today, are you suggesting this might come literally tomorrow? 10 years? 30? At that unknown time will your c

You are essentially making a character attack on anyone who disagrees with this article. You dismiss outright reasonable objections you have not heard and instead you presume fear and loathing are the only possible motivations to disagree.

I do think a huge number of people are infatuated with the idea of programming but hate the act itself. I have tried to teach a lot of people to code and it is rare to find the person who is both enthusiastic and able to maintain motivation

You should explain why it is comical to you. I want to know what is funny about the reaction so I can laugh too. I saw some privacy concerns and some UI/UX issues, but I didn't find them very funny.

This is not my experience at all. pihole blocks a massive amount of ads in my home. It is extremely rare that any website ever breaks.

Nasty ad hominem, nice! I guess you have to get good at that when your arguments are as vacuous as yours.

I like this use of LLM because I assume both the developer and ticket owner will review the text and agree to its contents. The LLM could help ensure the ticket is thorough and its meaning is understood by all parties. One downside is verbo

Disgusting that this is flagged. How is an unusual White House web page not technology news? Whoever flagged this is a snow flake!

I have had the same experience. The vast majority of the time I use relay masks to sign up for stuff they work as expected. It is incredibly irritating when it does not work, but I blame the vendor and take that into account to decide wheth

I think a hallucinated sentence embedded in a paragraph of truth fits the definition: stupid and nonsense. A bullshitter can be right sometimes or even most of the time. They are still a bullshitter.

I know nothing about OCR providers. It seems like OCR failure would result in gibberish or awkward wording that might be easy to spot. Doesn't the LLM failure mode assert made up truths eloquently that are more difficult to spot?
