Could it be that a devious developer allocated the keyword "STOP" to mean "confirm my subscription" in hope of confusing the annoyed and disinterested ? Or worse, maybe any reply can be designated to indicate a confirmation; I'm not inter

I'm trying to read this article now, but I just had to note that the background pattern is very hostile to my weary eyes.

Don't you know that everybody on the internet has pretty much got ADHD, and you have barely a few seconds to deliver some kind of value proposition before the ⌘-W ? I spent a few clicks and a few seconds and found no indication of wtf this

Such things are built in the woods of Southern Oregon, and in my hipper days I had the pleasure of living in some of them, and helped to build or refit a few others. It's all good until the roof fails catastrophically.

The Aikido videos are indeed sad. The saddest part is knowing how surprisingly representative they are of the Aikido mythos, originating with the founder himself. Accounts of Morihei Ueshiba and his supernatural adventures in ki are perplex

I think live video on a large screen would be more impressive, than this robot-stick-figure-on-a-segway thing.

There are several comments here regarding the egg debate. Should you avoid eating too many eggs? What is the impact of eggs and other sources of dietary cholesterol on your blood cholesterol levels? I've been wondering about this myself for

I'm running the latest (16.0.912.77) on Mac OS X, and not seeing any issue. It does jump to about 25% CPU when I click 'Generate', but only for about a second.

Using paper to clean the anus is not only wasteful, it's unpleasant and ineffective. The universal solvent is clearly the superior option for this daily task. As nice a thing as it is, it doesn't take a $400 bidet to wash your ass with wate

I work in my bedroom with a notebook computer. It took no convincing for me to throw out the desk and chair, because I was so weary of sitting all day. My solution is simple. I slapped a desk top onto my chest of drawers, with a nonslip mat
