For now. But they are probably including future improvements in their question about the future so I’m not sure why you think this is worth saying. I’m actually legitimately wondering if your comment is an output of ChatGPT. [Cue the Spider

Yup. Modern often means “we re-wrote it and got 90% of the functionality but totally missed all of the thousands of edge cases the previous team worked so hard to handle in their implementation” What jumps to mind is macOS’s Disk Utilities

Yup. This is the same advice I've gotten from two coworkers. Next time I'm up for a reinstall I think I'll make the jump.

I was struggling with this annoyance recently and today decided to finally uninstall the snap. The “close now” is super annoying. I ran “sudo apt install firefox” and it installed a freaking snap! Today I learned that Ubuntu just decides to

I’ve never mentally rendered a crab’s ass but now your comment got me thinking, is it some sort of chitin-based mechanical trap door? Or maybe an iris like the star gate but with fewer petals? This is a particularly glaring gap in my intuit

My coworker does. He’s replaced the battery but it’s still the same phone. They don’t care much for camera upgrades and it works for them.

Or you could just sit and try to scrape the residual muffin off with your teeth getting little crumbs all over you and sticky crap all over your fingers like a normal person. Don’t try to play god with your edible wrapper technology. This i

Yeah but at least your kid isn’t going to run up to you begging to join a mesothelioma or trans-vaginal mesh class action suit because they saw it on TV. Some ads are just out of phase with them. I like this idea.

Funny you say that because videos are what I can consume passively when doing other work. Glancing back and forth. I can’t read a blog passively. Now I do agree that the 10 second clips from TikTok or whatever do require full attention to “
