Hilariously, immediately after I read this, my boss sends a global message to us reminding us that we 'need to be trying to integrate copilot into our jobs.'

This is a great point that too few people think about. I like to take travel time and mandatory lunch breaks into account when I'm figuring out my 'adjusted' wage, and I use that number when thinking about getting a differen

#blender got hit too, tho interestingly enough, not any of the sub-channels (none of which had 'libera.chat' in the topic) were hit. This seems like it is very bad timing on the part of freenode staff... with many communities alre

Am I the only one who thinks its crazy it has taken them this long to do anything about this? This has been a real problem for well over 20 years. Anyone else remember internet explorer toolbars? So many installers would include these, an

Thank you for posting this! Looked into it, and on my Nissan, holding the unlock and lock buttons together for 3 seconds turned off the beep! I had assumed that this was a 'feature' that could not be disabled, akin to 80s cars hav

My parents have been running Zorin OS lite for a couple years now, they have not had any problems with it. It's based on ubuntu and the lite version has xfce as the desktop. Runs great on their older computer, looks enough like windo

Ah, I actually didn't know about the ctrl-tab shortcut in 2.79, tho the ctrl-1,2,3 seems nice now. And the transform orientation, you mean the alt-space in 2.79? Another bad one removed... tho looks like the shortcut is unused in 2.8,

What orientation controls? The numpad still behaves exactly the same as it did in 2.79. The shortcut for poke faces seems to be removed. There have been a few irritating removals, definitely. By default A selects, double-A deselects. You

This is a highly detailed and interesting story about what happened to the sequel. This article is almost as amazing as the original post! Also... am I the only one who finds it amusing that essentially 'Bureaucracy' led to the d

Thank you for this! I was disappointed to not even find mention of pebble on the website. Looks like this is still in the early stages, but I'll be keeping an eye on it.

Very cool, I particularly enjoyed the wormhole trip. Reminds me of 'Real Time Relativity', a fun program for exploring 3d worlds at relativistic speeds: http://realtimerelativity.org/

I'd love to contribute in some way, I have experience with 3d modeling (tho very little with characters), music composition, and some python programming... not sure how much time I would be able to contribute to it, but it sure sounds

Sounds like it would be an amazing game! I actually think it would be better off in it's own universe rather than needing to be Gotham - if it's Gotham, I'm going to expect/want Batman and the Joker, not some randomly ge

An interesting article, gave me much to think about as I'm planning out a game to make. My thought on it tho, I think the article misses a GOOD use of cutscenes: A good story is all about tension and release, and a cutscene can provide

Great idea! Personally I had no bias towards either font, but now discovered that I do in fact like Helvetica a bit more (12 out of 20 times). Would be interesting to be able to see a test like that with statistics on how many chose each fo

"if the next phone I get in a few years comes with the ability to dock my phone to use a full desktop, is that going to count as tethering?" unless something changes, i have no doubt it will. i have an atrix phone on at&t, it has a 'la
