Probably if this ever became widespread you could have multiple accelerators around the country shooting "false signal" neutrino beams at the detectors.

They aren't really doing directionality, but the WATCHMAN collaboration ( https://svoboda.ucdavis.edu/experiments/watchman ) is developing detectors like this for nuclear non-proliferation.
