Ignoring street-legality and commercial feasibility, if the Bose suspension is automatically adjusted using feedback from e.g. LIDAR and/or depth cameras, wouldn't that solve the "tune for each demo" problem?

Purely out of curiousity: Is it physically possible for a sufficiently smart active suspension system defeat a conventional (i.e. solid bump on the road) speed bump?

Can't help but admire Japanese people who automate everything that can be automated since 1970s! Working with soft and loose material such as rice is a huge PITA for machines, but I'm not totally surprised they eventually found a

Plain vanilla JS (and therefore TypeScript) still lacks one killer feature from the Coffee family: Null propagation operators (`a ? b` => `a != null ? a : b`, `a?.x` => `a == null ? null : a.x`, etc). Even C# has it.

TSX has been an experimental new feature --- disable it and all is good again, since there is no production-quality software targeting it. On the other hand, to me it seems that Ryzen segfault bug cannot be simply eliminated. Disabling ucod

Agreed, having tried both RS1 and RS2 (with and without extra earpads). At this price point you have comfy circumaural pads from all other open-back models, while Grado is stuck with supra-aural.

Haven't been following this closely, but has the random segfault problem [1] been addressed? I would imagine this a bigger problem for servers almost constantly maxing out all cores and threads compared to a desktop/laptop... Just

Mentioned later in the article: F-22 and F/A-18 also had similar problems. My guess is this has more to do with the life support system rather than the jet as a whole.

Another perspective (as a rhetorical question): Why does "command line argument(s)" have to be an array of strings, rather than a single string? Like, consider an alternative universe where C had `int main(const char* arg)`.

PSA: `setTimeout` can be `promisify`'d directly despite featuring flipped arguments, thanks to a built-in `util.promisify.custom` definition.

There is a watered-down version of Office in UWP. The built-in OneNote is actually this UWP. It uses a different stylus filtering algorithm from the desktop version, which is why I don't use it myself, but rest assured it works just fi
