I'm guessing that's exactly what burry is doing. Let's assume that he is right, and the S&P 500 index is over valued. A big reason why it keeps staying that way is because for the past 10-20 years, there has been a lot of

Your username is a game I love playing on my Quest 2. Streamed from my beefy PC ofc. CS 1.6 on VR. What a time to be alive!

Not sharing a mattress with my partner. We have two queen mattresses next to each other. Keeping the temp at 65F. No eating after 6. No slow digesting stuff for dinner.

Some contextual advice. Do something that you used to enjoy when you had time. I enjoy playing video games with friends at nights. Exercise helps for sure. If you can find a sport that you enjoy, even better. I enjoy swimming with my wife.

On a side note, we really need to start using post-tax/take home pay instead of pre-tax. In fact, I think most people would find it way easier to picture things on a monthly take home basis rather than a yearly one.

Probably an unpopular opinion here but I think they handled it in a classy way. Severance and assistance with your job search? That’s very nice of them. Other companies like Meta rescinded too, I’m not sure if they offered severance. Maybe

Why Isn't _every_ new tech making us productive. Some definitely are, diff tracking like github, any comms software, accounting software etc do make us a lot more productive.

This one evening, my two friends and I were debating if we should go paddle boarding. When we eventually made our way to the lake, it was 7:30PM and the last two folks were leaving. We decided that we should do it anyway since we came this

Like others I also believe this sounds like burnout. From what you wrote, it looks like the work you’re having to do doesn’t align with your “passion” or what you care about. This is the usually the main cause of burnout. Few things that he

Maybe try checking out some maker websites? Some indie maker forums depending on what you’re making. Inner work is super loaded and I would need more context/examples to understand what you’re asking.

I just want to call out that OP has clients who they serve and identified this business opportunity. Going the other way of buying a failing hosting company would inherit its problems, mainly the lack of customers to break even.

That’s a bit too extreme since you still probably want all the UI libraries readily available to make your life easy. You could use server side rendering instead. And as others have said, package “marketing” landing pages without any heavy
