Started reading then got presented with a huge popup overlay / ad telling me to subscribe to their blog. Closed the site. I did like what I started reading about not taking VC funding though - that is very refreshing.

I feel like it’s a bit different for books than it is from say - taking staged photos of you wearing some fancy clothes while out to dinner. For me I follow friends who have similar tastes or interests as I know there’s a good chance I migh

Yeah I think application monitoring makes sense, could always add ‘and log analysis’ to represent its strengths there.

Perhaps it’s just the landing page but it looks to be more of a logging and application metrics tool than a monitoring tool? For monitoring I’d expect to see a horizontal and top down view of each component that makes up and hosts my produc

It’s fantastic to see more arm / RISC options on the desktop these days, however I’d be hesitant to buy another planet computers product. I have the pocket Gemini and from day one its software support was horrific. Now, despite being a

I meant more the term 10x engineer and what it's come to stand for over the years. If we're just talking about the simple root premise some people are 10x more effective / efficient or simply deliver 10x the output at the sam

10x is/was a gross concept - https://1x.engineer/ ftw. *Edit - to clarify I meant what it represented, of course some people nX times more effective/efficient/higher output than others.

Orbstack is nice to use but it’s not open source and who knows what they’re going to charge for it, once VC gets its dirty hands in there you know it’ll become expensive.

The linked video seems to have no context provided? What is a titan ML server? Is 7B actually that useful? How does the model compare to others? Etc…

GitHub has gotten so much worse over the last few years. Actions feels like it was thrown together with little to no thought as to the user or product journey.

I really wish I was working on Gitlab every day rather than GitHub / Actions. Gitlab’s UI / UX is so much less hostile to the user. It’s a real shame that Gitlab’s pricing went up so much. I have no doubt that many of the clients
