I haven’t notice any degradation in quality with Kagi, haven’t heard of it being a problem either?

Nice template notebook. It would be really good if by default it used local-first / open LLM models, I see AIConfig currently requires an extension to use these - really I think they should be first class citizens.

Looks pleasant, but $40AUD/year for a mail client seems insanely expensive. That kind of money even once off seems like a lot!

Natural gas won’t stay cheap. It was cheap here in Australia 10 years ago and now it’s so expensive no one can afford to run gas heating and it’s only going up. Now (thankfully) the government has banned the installation of new gas heating

I felt lonely when I used to work in an office. For some reason I feel far less lonely working remotely.

This would only be true if Sony offered a physical or downloadable version of the content that the users could keep using after they removed online access.

Would be nice if rather than adhering to a specific very-closed source company first things were developed for standards, or at least used something like litellm.

I think you might be thinking of litellm? OpenAI is for OpenAI.com (although you can override the base URL it’s far from ideal).

How can you call something “local”LLM and have it rely on Google cloud?! > “…within the Google Cloud Workstation”

We pay an insane $1500/year and often more in Australia just to deal with the worst customer service you could imagine. Don't follow our model.

Just tried it out and it doesn’t feel quite right on iOS. Almost like the app is just a website loading in a browser. It’s very flat and the UI feels too “thin” (I know that doesn’t really make sense but it’s the best description I of how i
