Maybe try purchasing a gram or two on the street/dark web? Not ideal, but if it has the potential to change your life for the better, the risk is probably worth it.

If someone finds ketamine helpful for depression, I'd just recommend they buy it on the street themselves. Of course this isn't the best solution (the best solution would be for drugs to be legalized), but if you're strapped

I mean, people have a lot going on behind the scenes, especially during times of societal stress (like covid). I'm sure we've all experienced ourselves getting angry at other people for small things due to stresses/problems u

I hate waking up early, but feel exactly the same way: because waking up early is hard for me, if I do it, I feel like I've already accomplished something. Conversely, if I wake up late, I feel like a failure. This is kind of unfortuna

I mean, even lispers acknowledge that, that's why things like CL loop macro exist. That's why reader macros exist.

Well, also give up infix functions/operators, operator precedence, readable equations, etc. Most Lisps have syntax anyways, in order to make the language less verbose. There's a reason people like syntax, because it is expressive

I used to really like Lisp and did some professional programming using both Racket and CL. But now I don't really like it anymore and parenthesis do put me off. The benefit of easy AST manipulation just doesn't seem worth it when

Rust REPL'S do exist, though I don't need it very often because the static typing allows me to know exactly what's going on with each line of code.

So I used to be a big proponent of Julia, and in some ways, I still am. But I very recently tried to write a high performance production system in it, and was sorely disappointed. The tooling is just so buggy and it's clear that the co

That's not how spreads work, an order book can never be in cross. Orders that are in cross are matched and removed from the book. You could buy at 52k and sell at 50k, not the other way around.

Why would you want to buy at the bid and then sell at the offer with a $1000 spread? You would lose tons of money, unless you mean you were trying to make the market at a tighter spread (instead of taking).

Why is a wide spread fake? Market makers adjust width based on market conditions, nothing wrong with that. Regarding the CB $1000 spread, it occured due to an exchange outage I believe.
