That's not how its working here. We are getting near 100% representation from about 56% of votes. The ballot is approval style voting, you can vote for X of Y candidates.

The issue is we have an absolute flood of money landing at least in the US. The build back better plan is all front loaded spending, back loaded taxes. Where does all this money go? I'm serious. If you put it in the bank it makes 0.01%

Interesting, that limitation should perhaps be highlighted. I think the appeal of the simple ballot is what drove adoption (ie, vote for as many as you like, top X win). In California the trick is they treat all open seats as one office.

I've seen approval voting up close, approval and top 3 make it to council seats. One issue seems to be domination by majority? For example, let's say 55% of electorate is hard left, 45% moderate to conservative. Under approval tho

Have you tried implementing ipv6 in a medium to larger network? Even folks like google with more money then god and more experts by far than anyone else likely has had some struggles getting their GCP offering alone fully IPv6 enabled. Afte

Fantastic. I'm serious. This is great work, very practical with little downside. After 10 years of headlines that we have "run out" of IPv4, the reality is that free IPv4 is gone, but there is a real market for IPv4 (and that

Yeah, the speed of the older stuff was amazing - EVEN on older machines. Office 365 with the plugins now required at work / one drive etc - slow.

This I think is third revision of API for slack? That said - I really like the idea of a relatively straightforward way to wire up actions. I'd especially love to be able to get into and out of a database. I starred another project - r

No kidding. Govt websites seem to think this is a positive. Of course, these same folks do the 90 day rotation. Result - everyone writing down passwords on post-it notes next to screens.

For sure. All leaders in a space take this approach. Little be gained, a fair bit to lose if you are ALREADY leading without having to debate / do a benchmark etc. Anyways, the benchmark is only one part of the overall story for these
