It's not like managers and executives and PM's are the only people who can prompt an AI. And experienced software developer will be much more effective at using an AI to generate code compared to someone who isn't. So why wou

I think it's leading towards a hyper-authoritarian end game, not hyper-capitalist. The state has the ultimate power at the end of the day, no matter how large the labs become.

it's not really. you have javascript, you have a library like react which has a code transformer written in rust, you have vite which orchestrates the build process, and...? if anything the migration of all these tools to rust makes th

in defence of using ue5 for a 2d platformer, you still get a ton of features to help you build out the platformer, cross platform support, and you can reuse your knowledge across projects. it's kind of the same for react. yes you could

they said opus, not sol, it's cheaper than opus by almost half at max. astra high is also 3x cheaper than opus max at basically the same intelligence. astra high is also about as expensive as sol max while being more intelligent. astra

its not about dumping more and more info into the context, its about the intention. whats not in the context is just as important as what is. and i dont see how that can be automated. also were seeing models become worse at writing as they

Maybe you need to factor in the GC algorithm when determining big O, since an algorithm which implements some complexity but creates a lot of garbage actually ends up with a worse big O? Seems like a bit of a stretch to me but possible?
