I did a fair amount of indie films and know sound guys, so the part I am confused about is: what are you programming in film sound? is it per-film, or like software for film sound in general?

Others probably have not fully realized this yet, but with GitHub one can: 1) Publish arbitrary commits under your https://github.com/my/project URL, e.g. a fake https://github.com/my/project/

Pretty sure GP is saying that making those decisions for which healthcare to get, which credit card to get, etc. take a lot of time away from high level thinking, and I’d have to agree. If I understand, your argument seems to be “just pick

I _wish_ MDN had a user-friendly contribution process. My experience has been _far_ from that. I very much welcome these changes. In late 2017, I spent upwards of 80+ hours standardizing 80 different MDN docs pages so they used the same bes

It's also not possible to build the Go or OCaml bindings with MSYS2/MinGW because of some silly assumptions in the CMake file.[0] I have an open issue describing exactly what needs to change, as well as a patch for it, but haven&#

This would be a continuation of that story, where someone did investigation into the cause. The original story you linked did not have a cause mentioned/found at the time it was posted.

Most of them will because Hacktoberfest relies on project maintainers to flag the PR as `invalid` within a certain window and close it, AFAIK. Though I imagine with all the outrage over this that will definitely be changing.

Many Chinese WiFi security cameras sold on Amazon do this today. Namely Yi Home security cameras. Others use QR bar-codes, which I think is better for security cameras - but nonetheless the Yi Home ones do it through sound exactly as you de
