I lost a Bitcoin wallet with ~50BTC back when it was priced at pennies. I was so young then. Oh well.

I suppose an enterprising browser hacker could implement this such that the browser could accept URLs in this format and reorient them when it makes the requests. Even paths would be tab-completable from browser history, would they not? I w

Funny story about the K-cup thing, the DRM could be defeated with some tape. Shortly after that discovery, someone (wish I could remember their name) proceeded to manufacture little clip-on plastic parts and send them to people for free. Th

This is an ineffective solution that will likely never even be a blip on the scale, much less approach the critical mass it would need to have any real effect. You're really only fooling yourself if you think the average person is goin

It may feel good to say it, because you get to offload the responsibility onto consumers rather than the entity committing questionable (but legal) acts, but in reality "just don't do X" is never going to affect any sort of c

Even ignoring the horrible working conditions in Amazon warehouses, this is not a problem we can reasonably expect the warehouse staff to solve or even approach in any meaningful way. They have absolutely no power over Amazon's interna

Consider that a hobbyist C compiler isn't going to perform the same optimizations as gcc. Likewise, clang and gcc aren't totally equivalent, either, despite being based on the same language standard. Most languages don't have

This type of thinking doesn't help, because jailing addicts doesn't help (or work), either. Addiction robs you of most or all of your agency, it's not so simple as just blaming the addict for their behavior. The current legal

I don't have issues with the app not playing or forgetting episodes, but I do absolutely loathe how it hides played episodes automatically and makes me go find them if I want to listen again.

My main gripe with Gmail is how often it will take upwards of 20 seconds to delete/move/spam an email, evidenced by the tab complaining if I go to close it. It's an incredibly common issue and doesn't seem to be directly
