Just install AFWall+ or NetGuard from F-Droid and set that only whitelisted apps allowed to connect. I don't see a need to create separate mod for this.

Try to use OpenCL and you will need blobs. It's major pain to use blender(requires OpenCL if you want to finish render today) not long time ago their blob crashed on new versions libdrm.

Deployment of Go services is much easier. Try to deploy any self-hosted service like nextcloud, gitea. It was a nightmare to deploy nextcloud. Also it turned to be too slow for ONE USER.
