I hope the theming system will be improved. Right now the only thing you can do is change the colors, padding and border radius. That's it. Flat UI design needs to die.

I've been running my own (not-for-profit, for people over the age of 21) server for the past 5 years. We're basically just a Vanilla+ server, we have no problems finding new people to join (thanks to /r/MinecraftBuddies)

Villagers have been in the game since Beta 1.9, the last beta release before 1.0.0 in 2011... So maybe not the best example. Elytras have been around for a long time too, but they really are OP

I'm seeing several reports of things like being unable to buy tickets for the train on-line in Belgium. They use Windows as a part of their server infrastructure?

The "weights" bit is interesting. HuggingFace's SFTTrainer allows you to train on completions only if you want, but while that makes sense for us humans, LLMs are generally better of learning to predict the entire input. This

When will flat design die? It can't happen soon enough.

It's kind of crazy that Gnome only went "full flat" in september of 2022, with Gnome 43. Such a stupid move, in addition to making it harder to actually change the theme. Even though Cosmic has a similar flat look, I'm s

I switched from Paper to Fabric +/- 3 years ago. It allows me to create better server-side mods than what I was able to make with the Bukkit/Spigot/Paper API. Not that that API isn't impressive. I was also surprised to l

I hate flat design so much and I can't believe even Gnome Shell switched to it only last year. With the added "benefit" of making it extra hard to change the theme.
