I just opened Word and Excel after a cold start of the OS (Windows 11) Both opened fully in a second. So just how much faster should these apps actually open? I suspect this is aimed at Enterprise installations where the machines are gunked

I've seen too many people think this move will be a total disaster. I think it'll be a very bumpy ride but ultimately the team will succeed. Besides "liberal sabotage" is a ready made retort for any mishaps along the way
