   The ArchWiki actually has a very subtle use of the <blink> tag on its "Color Bash Prompt" page[1]. While it could easily be done with CSS3, I quite like its use there. [1] https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Color_Bash_Prompt#A_w

   For what it's worth, I haven't had any crashes with either Chromium or Chrome on Ubuntu, but I'm not signed into my Google account via either. It looks like mail.google.com is back though. I guess I opened them after the issue was fixed.
