   I am not usually one to bitch about a lack of social media integration, but this definitely should be something integrating into my facebook/twitter streams.

   You should pay them in the form of referrals and connections through your network. Also a small amount of options/warrants are always nice, but you need to make sure that they are adding value in exchange for them. As far as formal payment

   I bet they announce a deal with foursquare pretty soon too. Just goes to show you have to be in it to win it. I realize they are overpaying for these opportunities, but this trend of what I call, private IPO's, seems to be the new hot thing
