Alternate + 45 minutes is a rule designed for airplanes that need a runway to land. Helicopters typically have 10m fuel reserve rules because they can land just about anywhere. I'd expect VTOL electric rules to be similar.

It was useful for sailors to be able to divide the day into shifts, so our day is the most divisible number of hours long. 1 x 2 x 3 x 4 That way you could have half days, quarter days, or third of days. An hour is divided into 60 minutes:

The UK regulators have done amazing work making it possible to start new "challenger" banks. We started 3 and a half years ago, so this kind of guide would have been super useful for us at the beginning. It was a bit more opaque

These are MEO sats, not Geo stationary at 30,000km. The round trip for these will be about London to Edinburgh and back and we video conference that distance all the time.
