Interesting. The check should only be done once on hover (even if you mouseover multiple times) and then again on click, so I'll have to investigate.

Yeah, the false positives are annoying, but this is the best balance of speed and accuracy I could think of. The only way to guarantee availability is a WHOIS lookup, which takes 50ms+ per domain, so to check thousands of options would take

The lawsuit does allege that he spent $11k out of pocket, but was then reimbursed by the company. They're alleging that as evidence that Dr. Waseem was in fact a full employee of the company, and not an intern as Stability is claiming.
