Observed that firefox 47 and 60 clients kill the stream for all participants. firefox 68 works fine. Not sure why a client failure would cause a crash on the server but it's not a great experience.

Stand with whistle blowers, and stand against anyone who seeks to punish them. The correct way to blow a whistle is as loudly as possible for all to hear. Anyone who says otherwise is driven by profit, and profits being wiped out IS the mos

Maybe if we stopped voting with single issues in mind we could see that we have been funding terrorists with every new congressional budget bill for a long ass time, and the real way to stop terrorism is to defund our government sponsored t

Talk more with people before the meeting starts, be willing to hang around after it ends for more chit chat. If people are used to your voice then it won't silence the whole room whenever you utter something in the middle of a meeting,

I have several video recordings of the major left leaning news networks running audio ads over bernie speaking while joe and pete were allowed to speak freely, at length even. How is this possible that in 2020 an election can be so obviousl

I worry a lot about my kid writing or saying something that would be innocent child's play when in person but might be construed as domestic terrorism if seen in the wrong data dump by the wrong enforcement agency. How can you teach ri

Why must you twist everything to make victims where you are the theoretical aggressor while comparing your desired outcome against what could conceivably happen should your proposed solutions be ignored? Is this a trick of some sort? A lega

You know exactly how much an SRE makes. That's not what a library should be spending money on. Simply making a copy is thousands of man hours simpler than making a consumer facing online asset tracking system. You wildly misrepresent m

This comment hardly adds anything productive here and makes a heck of an accusation. What damage has sharing books freely during a national emergency ever done to anyone? The authors lose nothing and gain readers.

Don't most corporate bailouts negatively impact their employee retirement prospects? I'm thinking of GM and Hostess in particular at the moment. The only winners seem to be the investors.

SUVs are probably the safest option. You get your nice isolation and you also get a nice crash cage! I wonder why it's so hard to prove to motorcyclists that this is the most efficient option!? ...Because they don't care about tha

only nutters were attracted to this work in the 80s and 90s. My point stands. We're kicking out the people that thought differently enough to make the world we now live in. Honestly I refuse to blame someone for believing propaganda

Anyone unaffiliated with a large commercial organization is being systematically rooted out and destroyed in the free software community. I'm honestly ashamed to be a part of this community right now. ESR has done SO MUCH for us, but d

Why not sell locally hosted ads for keywords directly? The only other way to do it would be to check in with an ad provider periodically and update your ads from their list. In my simple model, there would be no tracking, and the ads would
