More numbers would be great they always parrot Teslas statistics comparing the number of miles per accident that people felt comfortable enabling AP (easiest highway miles, more comparable to when other vehicles have cruise control enabled)

And now they'll be improving Bard. They still have the researchers, the ability to put it in everyone's faces, and the best infra for when cost becomes a factor.

I'd bet Google comes out on top eventually, this is just too much down their alley for them not to do well at it, it's pretty naive of people to dismiss them because OpenAI had a great product a year earlier.

Noone cares who opens the door, my question while watching the event was whether you could even open the passenger door from the outside. It seemed to depend on the window being down, maybe that's another security feature like the bull

It's just a heuristic I'm not gonna judge someone solely based on it but yeah seeing someone drive up in their Cybertruck won't give me the best of first impressions. > I don't believe most Tesla owners are aware of t

If I trust those numbers, and its not easy to trust anything from Tesla, then I could conclude that Teslas with autopilot are safer per mile on the easy stretches of highway where people are more comfortable enabling it than everyone is any

It's really shocking how much they have gotten away with and for how long on all kinds of things around FSD and AP, both safety and consumer rights issues. And they're still proudly presenting this 8 year old video as the main fea

It's pretty naive IMO to think Google isn't going to come out with something that threatens OpenAI or Microsoft. It seems to be "they didn't do it yet so they won't ever" is the majority opinion here, but they

Elon has a very different definition of free speech than you are familiar with. Earlier this week he said the word "decolonization" would be a bannable offense as an incitement to genocide. But like with "cis" earlier he

As an SF resident who never goes outside but reads Elon's X feed, you would be crazy to live here and not buy a bulletproof Cybertruck. I will wait until it arrives to go out.
