I feel like he could still get more for it he sold. Is that the value with him in charge or a general value? I'm pretty confident that if he's in charge long enough it will not be worth much, but as long as no one else has taken over the space, he hasn't done irreversible damage
- Zigurd 3y agoThere is an expression regarding distressed tech properties: Don't try to catch a falling knife. In other words, once a property is damaged, there is added risk that has to be priced-in.
