This is just wrong. BNPL is not their only product, and their profit comes from transaction fees paid by merchants.

BNPL is not their only feature, merely the most advertised one. They also provide e.g. instant payments, like PayPal.

I think this is a good point why it would be good if we, as an industry, accommodate these emotions rather than force them away or pretend they don't occur. At the same time, it doesn't have to mean that one cannot improve things
