I think this, along with its sibling Turbolinks [1], is filling a much needed gap with regards to complexity in these javascript frameworks. Myself, I've been playing with intercoolerjs [2] for a few weeks, and it is quite refreshing.

Glad to help! Regarding the getting started, probably just a a section on the steps to install cookie cutter, then the sample shell commands to bring it up with docker. And I agree with heroku offering a good value to get started. However,

I think the good people at Scrapy [1] have done a great job in keeping pace with making open-source crawler components that handle javascript. It is called Splash [2], and I use it for rendering out screenshots. [1] - https://scr

Cool feature! I will be pushing this into our pipline scripts this week. I'm pleasently surprised that bitbucket-pipelines has actually worked this well. So well that we have turned off our Jenkins server. Nice work, atlassian!

Maybe sorta kinda -- just a heads-up that CosmosDB can talk multiple API protocols: - MongoDB - Cassandra - Graph API - Azure tables - DocumentDB I've used the MongoDB version, and it works ok for the basic CRUD stuff. I
