Exactly. Maybe a Retina display with super-resolution on the canvas would help ;-)

Huge prime factors are indeed a problem (in the sense that the simply look like circles). I think I can work a little bit on the scaling of the diagrams (there is still some free space). Maybe this would help to see larger prime factors. Th

Yes, thanks for clarifying: Purescript is eager. But the slow response time is not related to Purescript being eager or lazy, it's related to the slow prime factorization algorithm.

I added a hard limit of 10,000 (in the input field and the code), because the prime factorization will be too slow otherwise. Maybe your browser takes a long time to draw the diagram for 10,000 and that is why the UI becomes unresponsive.

Thanks for the feedback. Apart from the background color, they look the same (polygons with 13 or 19 vertices). The color is different because only small prime factors (≤ 13) have a dedicated color. But that's something that I can cert

Great suggestion, thanks! I added (state-dependent) mouse-over tooltips for all buttons.

Thank you, I'm glad you liked it! I see, the disabled play button in the beginning is not optimal. Replacing "parse" with "parse & run" is an interesting option. I'm not sure yet, how it would affect the ot

Yes, "Ants on a meter stick" is from this page - it's a really good collection. I should add a list of resources. Thanks!

Indeed, this looks like an easier description. Beware, however, that "directly to the right" could be misunderstood. If the first two are B and R, the third has to go between them... but I still like your rule. Will think about it

No, you read that correctly in the puzzle description. The oldest pirate will be thrown overboard. My solution was written in a slightly misleading way. I just updated it. I hope it is clear now. Thanks for your feedback!

I like this idea. For some of the puzzles I can certainly come up with some hints which are helpful and not too revealing. Thank you for the feedback!

In short, the idea behind this list is the following: Puzzle solving is great fun, but often it is really hard to tell if it is worth to invest time into a particular puzzle (without seeing the solution). For the puzzles on the list, I defi

Thank you for your feedback! Poseidon is actually quite hard, true. I just promoted it to 'hard' :-). I think I will first try to display the two R blocks on top of each other in the name of the functions. I will keep your suggest
