Still need verification as a practicing lawyer who is licensed is sometimes different from just getting a JD.. It could be used as a selling point in letting those who get verified add to it telling what specialties they handle, etc.

Two types of recruiters those that have exclusive contracts and those that do not.. Your description does not hold for those with exclusive contracts.. in fact those are types of recruiters you should interact with as they are very pleasant
