TWC focuses on more of the enterprise/b2b side of things. They also recently opened up a new incubator dedicated solely to healthcare, which could turn into a HUGE market. It seems like many of the accelerators (TechStars, even YCombinator)

Right. The point is that you don't have to search for the answer, it just gives it to you. That's a simple example of the possibilities of semantic search engines.
