This is advertising 2024 style and very dangerous… For me it’s not about it being News Corp thats the biggest problem here. It’s that OpenAI simply, openly promotes one corporation / sources of content over others in their results

It's now flagged. A comment saying that the forced landing of the President of Bolvia's plane in Austria, due to the US belief that Snowdon was on board, could be somehow relevant to the forced landing of a Ryanair flight in Belar

Not hard, but can read CNN here: https://edition.cnn.com/2013/07/02/world/americas/bolivia-pr... The irony of using CNN as a cite though... :)

Ahh disagree! When your Mac goes wrong / displays aren’t working or connecting, it’s the only easy way to know the thing has actually rebooted. No lights, HDD clicking noise, nothing like in the olden days.

And also reduced our basic freedom, our economies, and placed millions into poverty. Covid isn’t a good example of a sustainable balancing of the environment over human activity.

Considering their argument of charging 30% is of course not a lock-in tax but to provide a quality service for both customers and developers, this is particularly harmful to that argument. But life will go on as it does, and 30% will contin

You know what’s impressed me software wise has been Microsoft on Mac. For home office I pretty much use their software constantly: Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, VSCode, and it’s not just rock solid, but pretty enjoyable as it is rock solid

You just completely prove my point. First there’s the “almost 100%” of scientists agree argument again. Sorry, that’s not a valid argument for saying something is true! Second. Models aren’t proof. They’re models. Yes we can measure gas qua

Science isn’t consensus! Proof isn’t determined by “very nearly 100% of scientists agree”. Just ask Copernicus. We don’t vote on scientific proof. Yes evidence leads us to believe climate change is happening, but why and predicting it’s tra

Science and proof is not based on consensus. It’s not a vote. A best bet. Until then we should of course act towards the most probable act and cause but remain healthy in our skepticism of the effect of global warming and our faith in compu

Sorry but just compare to an Auchan in France, or a normal Waitrose in the UK. Edeka is the closest but e.g. my Rewe doesn’t do Cilantro but Edeka does. Rewe does fresh chilled soup, Edeka doesn’t. And market food is ridiculously over price
