I believe it deserves as much respect as the systemd maintainers treat their users with. 1. Hosed system down. All systemctl commands fail with "Failed to get D-Bus connection: Operation not permitted". Only option was to reinstal

I'm not concerned with architectural concerns but usability. The end user, me included doesn't really care if it's Wayland or X underneath, as long as it works properly and is productive. Really anything behind the toolkit is

I think that's overcomplicating the problem. The problem is that there are established UI paradigms that work for power users, which to be honest is most of the userbase. But those paradigms are static and boring compared to the possib

I think the proportion is more realistically 2 haters who moved to xfce/mate, 1 who likes it and 5 people who shook their head in shame and went straight back to Windows or OSX. Edit: just to back my point up; most of the people who I

systemd really is fine until you have a hosed system or it does something wrong or a scary bug is deemed a feature by the totalitarian maintainer and then it's like fighting your way through a dungeons and dragons adventure book writte

I'm not mincing my words here but Gnome 3 is just an unpolishable turd and needs to go away. It's just trying to be original and clever but has missed the mark so incredibly far that makes it the most frustrating thing possible to

If you're doing that, just use wordpress.com. Wordpress is way out of scope for the term "enterprise CMS".

Hire someone to do it. Cheaper than an enterprise CMS is to run and/or commission.

To be honest most of that is in the intermediate. The full covers basic AC circuits and minimal BJT amplifier structure and that's about it.

That is in there. See p79/80 in 3e for example of impedance relationships. Also lots of practical examples in the companion book "Learning the Art of Electronics" I've had all editions of this including the first and it&

When someone suggests an enterprise CMS, the usual best case outcome is to go back to the requirements analysis and remove enough requirements until an enterprise CMS is not required. I've done my fair share of work on the things over

As an ex EE who just did my intermediate, I’m not sure that it’s a good start. I’d suggest approaching The Art if Electronics and go from there. Even the full license material is quite basic. Honestly I’m not a fan of the modular approach t
