Just to clarify, that URL is about annual income whereas the list of Forbes billionaires is about net worth. annual income != net worth (aka wealth)

I think the problem with drawing the line at the 99% vs 1% is that it let's the bottom 90% of the 1% side with the top 10% of the 1%. (Refering to this previously mentioned link: http://www2.ucsc.edu/whorulesamerica/power/investment_manage
