I wrote this a while ago as I was looking for a little bookmark-able notepad and couldn't find one. The generated link will let you write/name/download and even bookmark a note with the contents in it!

Looking at the usage relative to browser support, the UC browser for Android is a bigger concern, no doubt it will add support soon unlike IE. See here and click 'usage relative': https://caniuse.com/#search=WebAss
