They already abide by the GDPR. There are exemptions on the GDPR for: national security; defence; public security; the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences; etc.

Actually, both their data center and their support team are located in Lithuania. Time4VPS is essentially the international brand of the largest ISP in the country. I was sceptical at first, but I have a VPS running there for a few months,
