True, isn't there a difference between the tweets shown by, say, http://cursebird.com (which are clearly tweets), and repackaging a tweet as a different form of content. If they maintained the integrity of the tweets -- complete with the

The point isn't that Fluther's TOS are being violated... it's merely that stripping out the attribution link makes it look like the question was asked by another user on another site.

We basically have a funny upsell for tell a friend on the site when you log in after a few days. It's similar to mozilla's "spread firefox" message on the moz FF homepage.
