Your comment about foresight… enlightening. I’m often in a position where I’ve mapped out a problem far ahead of my peers, sometimes I have to let them toil with the problem for a while before I break the bad news. Quick wit has never been

It’s amphetamine. The energy is from the amphetamine. The mechanism of action (norepinephrine and dopamine reputable inhibition) isn’t far from that of cocaine or methamphetamine. Let’s be real here. Amphetamine is known to skew one’s self

My initial thought is… why bother? There are so many vectors for energy loss from source to destination. If the sand is heated by coils, why not install on-demand heating on-site?

I was under the impression that outsourcing leveraged economies of scale and ought to be cheaper, if anything. Cloud-everything becoming commonplace does leave me worried that SaaS will drive out SaaP / self-hosted solutions, if it has

I’ve leveled with myself that this is the pace of future mobile device hardware releases. “Peak phone” has been a topic of discussion for a while now. Are we there yet? I think so. Apple has gotten a lot of flack for releasing “new” hardwar

Eh… was an android user for eight years and I found the UI/UX to be confounding. Too much variability from app to app. Constantly wrestling with my phone. The iOS design language seems more consistent and logical in my opinion and the

I think there exists a middle ground that doesn't devalue your content, sell your soul, sacrifice your authenticity, keep up with the joneses, etc. That being said, hard pass on the clickbaity thumbnails and titles. When folks suggest

I’m inferring that OP means they don’t believe in the extrapolated utility of mRNA treatments over time. It’s an exciting technology but COVID vaccines showed us one of its limitations (at least within the context of the disease, its formul

I hear the term “ricer” fairly often when someone refers to a two-door honda with a comical spoiler and fat fenders, for example. Definitely has overlap with the rally car body aesthetic. It’s simultaneously a derogatory term and a badge of

I was tearing through GitHub last year to find a project like yours. Since then, this has been the gold standard for audio-reactive visuals in the browser. I was so impressed.

I’ve been consistently suspicious of speed-reading solutions. I have a loud inner voice that insists on annunciating everything that is read before comprehension takes place. Speed-reading typically outpaces my inner voice. Like many others

You’re doing a lot of projecting. No one here is pointing at fat people and saying “fix yourself”. I outlined the external factors. The high availability of those foods alone is a major problem. Marketing normalizes it. And economics frames
