I agree with you that the US probably doesn’t have an interest in undermining BAP, but cmon now there is ample precedent for US supporting Islamists and other unsavory groups. e.g Afghanistan, Lat Am and in situations like that US interests

Ohh I agree the world is headed to a multi polar order. My arguments essentially had two core tenets. First is BRICS is being co-opted by China in pursuit of said multipolar world order and that has ramifications, which are largely negative

BRICS is essentially being co-opted by China-Russia now to build a bloc. Since China-Russia on their own are too toxic and enjoy no goodwill. So this is a naked attempt to dilute their negative perceptions via a collective. On its own BRICS

I wasn’t going to get baited but the dissonance in your argument is such that I had to. Just because some American cities are struggling, has no bearing on the state of Indian cities, the article absolutely was making a case to make things

It’s ok to take criticism dude, that’s how things improve. Without acknowledging what’s wrong nothing gets better. This knee jerk reaction doesn’t help. No city started out perfect, proper planning and work had to be done to make it better.

The comment belies basic geo political understanding. US for a change didn’t start the hostilities. It is China that has a stated policy of “de throning” the US and replacing the US led world order. China’s actions have been equally concern
