Makes sense, so this is confounded by the number of people in the building. 30% for a CC3 seemed high to me initially (hence wondering if 0.3 really meant 0.3%). But since it actually means "in 30% of structural failures in CC3 buildin

"I am not British, I'm Scottish." is just shorthand for that. It's a bit like "Charlie's not a dog, he's my best friend"

I recognise Gordonjcp's autonomy to choose their own preferred identity. Nationality is a social construct that can be perceived differently in various contexts. If someone prefers to identify as Scottish rather than British, at least

I don't understand; surely teacher supply is a relevant factor? More/better/less strained teachers encourage people to want to study maths, and help them do so.

I agree that this is the part that needs more work, and is most uncertain. Increasing context windows seems like a fairly straightforward computational challenge (albeit potentially expensive). On the other hand, whether or not we can scale

I said that the context window improved. I mean that it is larger. GPT-3.5 is 4k tokens, GPT-4 is 8k tokens (standard) or 32k tokens (only API access atm). This is the number of tokens that GPT-X can take into account when producing a respo

I was naturally skeptical of the punchng article, so I crosschecked it against OP's CSV. The votes in the article do agree with OP's CSV (although the number of accredited voters differs slightly). The crosschecked results are in
