I wonder if the comments saying Amazon is terrible for shopping is due to the same ppl browsing Amazon, rather than actually shopping for the one or two things they need? I've never had a problem finding what I want in my searches. I a

This is true... I still often don't know if instructions for entering data should include the "" or the <>...sometimes they seem to, often not. But seeing a screenshot would help.

Up in parts of Canada the restaurant that also served gas was Husky. If you needed gas, you'd say you're going to get gas, or go gas up. If you said let's go to the Husky, you meant let's go eat! No one ever went "t

I really enjoyed the shock of seeing future Thor smack into the invisible barrier - his determination, the crescendoing music, the hope that _finally_ someone is going to do something... Splat.

What the post implies about the article (which I haven't read) is that in some measurable way this increased attention results in children growing into functioning, balanced, effective, productive, balanced, adults whose presence and e

It is similiar to Mastodon in that most users (from my impression) still sign up at a main host, or instance, trusting that their sign-up data is secure (the important thing are keys which are generated upon sign-up). Once that initial acco
