I can't wait for this to support Java so I can at least have some beautiful tools to get me through the soul sucking days of Spring development :-)

Most of the big supermarkets in the UK have had this service for a while. I use the ASDA (owned by Walmart) home grocery delivery every week and it's a great service! Tesco, Sainsburys and Iceland also offer this service. I've worked with t

I was under the impression that the US started this war with their questionable military efforts abroad? Pretty sure the US armed a lot of the terrorists in the first place. When you suck the resources out of the world and push people into

I was under the impression the US is the only country that have used atom bombs in anger? I don't trust the US just like I don't trust these Muslim states. Neither are really pro-freedom.

You look like a kid and I don't trust you with my data. Why are all these types of 'startups' done by people with absolutely no experience that probably only learnt rails (or some other such low barrier to entry tech) this year? Before the

I don't even use Apple operating systems on my phone or any other device, what motivation do I have to use it on an iphone, ipad or other apple product? Can't you make this argument about anything?

This makes me wonder what other 'interesting' business ideas people can come up with to operate as a hidden service? Throwing anonymity into your business plans could turn up some interesting ideas....

Opening 100 gnome shells that will crash my system and make me lose whatever I was working on is NOT harmless.

Would it be possible to freelance with your ecommerce skills as an aside to your day job?

Wow. Grey text on a white background. This is really annoying to read on a matte screen. A little ironic given the subject matter?

That may be the case but Mono still isn't proven as much as the JVM is.

Maybe you need a better job at a better company that hires better technical talent so you're not forever stuck on your legacy, xml configured Spring stack?

Then stop running it in the browser. Do you have any idea how ubiquitous java is in the enterprise? Everywhere uses java. Have you ever worked on anything that needs to be scalable, extensible and maintainable?

Mono isn't proven anywhere near as much as the JVM. I don't know why this is being downvoted. It's true that the JVM is one of the things in the Java ecosystem that is looked upon as a massive success.

Here we go again, another Java hater for no reason. What should we replace it with? someCrap.js? someOtherCrap.py? You really have no idea what you're talking about. Killing Java would be a ridiculous thing to do. You live in such a bubble.

Is it possible to get people from outside of Australia to migrate for work on a 457 visa without having to get their skills assessed by the ACS?

Quick questions. Is it possible to migrate to Australia (Sydney) if you only have a DipHE (didn't finish last year of uni) and have around 2 - 3 years full time Software Engineering experience or MUST you have a BSc? Also, I am potentially

That would be very interesting given how JEE and Spring are so similar now. I would love Oracle to converge the both of them! I think the sale of SpringSource to Oracle is unlikely though.

It appears you haven't really done enterprise Java for a long time. For a start, J2EE is history, anything using J2EE is a legacy project. JEE6 is the latest Java Enterprise Spec and it's fairly lightweight, you have to use almost zero xml
