The whole point of this article is that double-click to select a word doesn't work with a UUID... though, I think this should just be fixed: I have XTerm set up where double clicking selects a word, triple clicking selects a filename (

So I have a ton of windows open--I just counted, and I have 95 windows open--and I'd certainly agree I'd love to have fewer windows open ;P. But like, each of these windows has a number of tabs in them, and there is only so much s

I am struggling to understand the workflow that uses tab groups instead of just using windows. All of the use cases I am finding while searching for this feature sound like things I can already do with windows. I've now spent like ten

Some people finally are -- and, frankly, all of them should be, though that's another argument -- building web applications where the code for the web application itself is being loaded off of a decentralized system via a newer protoco

Fear also makes you a better programmer: people these days are way too willing to take on cavalier amounts of risk and then offload deciding whether it worked or not onto others in code review, onto a stifling number of unit tests, and ev

Well, that's in some sense what these new large language models are all about: if all I want is the information from a website, it makes much more sense for me to have an AI read it and give me a summary than to wade through ads... but
